Patternmaker Application

The patternmaker marketplace is opening and we are choosing the first designers now. Keep working in the software you already use, send your pattern in the export format it already writes, and stay credited: every pattern is published under the name of the patternmaker who drafted it. Commercial terms are shared in full before anything is signed.

After you apply we ask for one sample pattern, photos of a sewn garment, and your sewing instructions. Send the pattern in whichever exchange format your software already writes: AAMA or ASTM (DXF), Gerber, Lectra, Investronica, Assyst, or plain DXF. If your export is not on this list, tell us — we would rather add a format than lose a patternmaker.
