1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BeOne Patterns ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BeOne Patterns provides precision-engineered digital sewing patterns. Our Service allows you to generate, customize, and download sewing patterns in various formats (SVG, DXF, PDF). Patterns are computationally designed and validated against professional garment construction standards.

3. Account & Authentication

You sign in using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.

4. Purchases & Credits

  • Pattern generation uses credits, which can be purchased through our platform
  • All purchases are processed securely through Stripe
  • Credits are non-refundable once used for pattern generation
  • Unused credits do not expire
  • Prices are listed in USD and may change with notice

5. Intellectual Property

  • Your patterns: Patterns you generate are yours to use for personal and commercial sewing projects (e.g., making garments to sell)
  • Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, or share the digital pattern files themselves
  • Our platform: The BeOne Patterns platform, algorithms, and branding remain our intellectual property

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our pattern generation algorithms
  • Scrape, crawl, or automated-access the Service without permission
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Upload harmful content or attempt to compromise the Service

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, generated patterns may require fitting adjustments. We recommend making a test garment (toile/muslin) before cutting into your final fabric.

8. Limitation of Liability

BeOne Patterns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to fabric waste from pattern fitting issues.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
